Music Meditation at Against the Stream

Wisdom Quarterly; George Haas, Against the Stream

Back by popular demand, Against the Stream Hollywood hosts a Friday night "mindful music" event. The evening involves formal meditation accompanied by live music with amazing musicians, many of them meditators.
WHO: Bruce Teter on pipes, Italian Zampogna, French musette. Jazzy call-and-response kirtanwallah with Rick Chant and Michael Wachs. Matt Corey one upright bass playing Bach. Andy Sykora on shimmering gong.

The evening consists of instruction in music meditation, followed by four half-hour set/sits. The night closes with food and merry-making. No registration is necessary, and this is a donation (dana) based event.
