India's super cyclone Phailin (video)

Cyclone Phailin has been upgraded to a "super cyclone" with meteorologists saying that it could be the strongest tropical storm worldwide this year. The wind speed is expected to be between 250 and 260 km per hour as it heads towards the coastlines of the Indian states of Odisha and Andhra Pradesh.

The cyclone is expected to make landfall by Saturday evening. The Odisha government has asked for the Navy and the Air Force to help. Disaster Rapid Force troops have also been put on standby.
