Even a little wisdom

How does the Dharma teach the proper way of life? It shows us how to live. It has many ways of showing it -- on rocks, or trees, or just in front of us. It is a teaching but not in words.

So still the mind -- the heart -- and learn to watch. We'll find the whole Dharma revealing itself here and now. At what other time and place are we going to look?

With even a little intuitive wisdom we will be able to see clearly through the ways of the world.

We will come to understand that everything in the world is a teacher. Trees and vines, for example, can reveal the nature of reality to us.

With wisdom there is no need to question anyone, no need to study [books]. We can learn enough from nature to be awakened.
