Lynching in the USA, then and now (video)

Amy Goodman (Democracy Now); Crystal Q., Ashley Wells, Pfc. Sandoval, Wisdom Quarterly

A proud white superiority-complex oppresses.
Democracy Now! looks at "Always in Season," a disturbing documentary about the lynching of blacks in the United States as a terror tactic and means of repressing non-whites by racist self-described "whites" (actually Caucasian pinks). Pres. Sherrilyn Ifill of the NAACP Legal Defense Fund explains the dehumanizing treatment of blacks, which begins with words (verbal karma) and has culminated in mob activity and murder. Director Jacqueline Olive examines a modern lynching.
