Can I grow my own happiness? (Stover Seed)
We say that we want to be happy. If that's what we really want, we should start planting seeds of happiness. The kind of flower we get depends on the seed we have planted; this is a law of nature.

In the same way, if we plant the seeds of happiness, the flowers of happiness will bloom. Seeds of happiness or seeds of unhappiness — which do we plant the most?

If You Plant Seeds...
Buddhism teaches the law of cause and effect [karma and results, many results and fruit for each intentional act -- each deed, word, or thought that is willed and carried out], which enables me to become a happier me and you a happier you.

This book applies that clear law to the troubles that various people have, explaining things in a way that will be easy for them to understand. So how can we make sure the flowers of happiness bloom for us?

The Japanese author and English translators want to help by discussing the troubles of people they have encountered over the years. Book
