What "The Simpsons" predict for 2022

What are we being programmed for by TV?
In a world of predictive programming, "What FOX's The Simpsons think now, the world thinks later." The term refers to the psychological "programming" we undergo by the hypnosis brought on by watching TV.

Predictions are inserted so the Powers That Be can say they told us what was coming in advance. They are obligated to warn us, some say, but how they engage in this "predictive" process varies. It's never straightforward. Hollywood, the communication and propaganda hub of the world, is utilized.

One Simpsons episode entitled "The City of New York vs. Homer Simpson" that originally aired in 1997 features a plot that mirrors 9/11. There are many other fictional incidents from various books, movies, and TV shows that seem to predict what later happened in real life. Many of them involve science and technology.

Think of early depictions of futuristic AI, robots, and virtual reality, for example. Predictive programming is a theory devised by conspiracy buffs that claims the government or elites are using fictional media as a means of mass mind control.
