It's time to get mindful. Natalie Thomas ("The Now With Nat") is a yoga teacher with an easy four-minute meditation to become present with whatever is going on right now.

This is a great way to manage stress so that it doesn't manage us. No equipment is necessary, just a sitting position anywhere that's available and comfortable.

Reciting a "mantra" when we meditate is an easy way to get right in and relieve stress. This meditation is designed to focus on this mantra: "WITNESS IT, ALLOW IT, RELEASE IT."

During a session, let's see if we can observe any thoughts and emotions that are present or arise. Allow them to arise. Radically and completely allow them. Then release these thoughts and emotions through the breath. Exhale. Let go.
