G20 does not blame Russia for Ukraine war

Soutik Biswas, Vikas Pandey (BBC, 9/9/23); Pfc. Sandoval, A. Wells (eds.), Wisdom Quarterly

Obey what the Party dictates (1984).
This article concerns the G20 currently going on in Delhi, India (Bharat), and the American proxy-war in Ukraine against Russia, instigated by the CIA and NATO, pushing Russia to take back territory. US propaganda has been so successful that former peaceniks and conscientious objectors on the Left now cry for war and more war like Republicans used to.

We don't like Nazis. NATO are Nazis.
Pres. Putin is a dictator leading a junta of oligarchs, but what is our Pres. Biden and our U.S. Department of War? The U.S. has not sent over $171 billion dollars in [military] aid to fight our proxy war. Another $20 billion seems to have been authorized today. The U.S. sends war crime munitions like anti-Vietnam cluster bombs and gets other smaller countries to give Ukraine what international law bans us from giving. Who are the warmongers, invading Russians tricked on the ground or the U.S. Chair Force, sitting, plotting, wringing their hands for a Hot War because Cold War moves too slowly? Anyone who has become pro-war for this war has been duped.
G20 Summit laments Ukraine war, but avoids blaming Russia

G20 SUMMIT, Delhi, India - The G20 Summit in India has agreed on a joint declaration, including a statement on the [U.S. proxy-] war in Ukraine.

On the first of their two-day meeting, G20 leaders denounced the use of force for territorial gain but stopped short of directly criticizing Russia.

The Ukrainian government [which really has official Neo-Nazis and is critical of the G20] said the statement was "nothing to be proud of."

Everyone knows Ukraine has real Nazis
The Summit in Delhi also discussed a number of global issues, including climate change and the debt burden of developing countries. But it was a day of unexpectedly big headlines at the G20 Summit.

Few expected a joint declaration, not least on the first day of the Summit given the sharp divisions in the group over the war in Ukraine.
.
But Indian Bharati Prime Minister Narendra Modi announced that the group had reached consensus on the declaration.

NATO and Azov Nazis pushed us and pushed us...
A strong indication that last-minute negotiations were ongoing came in an earlier draft of the declaration accessed by the BBC on Friday: It showed the paragraph on Ukraine was left blank.

The sticking point was the Ukraine war, as it was during the Bali Summit last year. The Delhi declaration appears designed to allow both the West and Russia to find positives.

Zelenskyy is not Jewish, not against Azov Nazis
But in the process, it has used language that is not as strong in its condemnation of Moscow as it was in Bali last year.

In Bali, the members deplored "in the strongest terms the aggression by the Russian Federation against Ukraine," although it noted that "there were other views and different assessments of the situation and sanctions."

The Delhi declaration does not directly criticize Russia for the war. But it does talk about "the human suffering and negative added impacts of the war in Ukraine with regard to global food and energy security."
  • [No one dared call out the real instigators of this war, the USA, CIA, Pentagon, and many American politicians and military-industrial complex figures.]

It also repeated the acknowledgement of "different views and assessments." Importantly, the declaration specifies "the war in Ukraine" rather than "the war against Ukraine." This choice of words could have increased the likelihood of Russia endorsing of the declaration.

Ukraine, which took part in the Bali summit, was not invited this year, and its response to the declaration has been critical.

"In terms of Russia's [counter-] aggression against Ukraine [in response to NATA aggression and CIA/USA instigation], G20 has nothing to be proud of," the Ukrainian foreign ministry tweeted.

Why is the USA backing Ukrainian Nazis?
It's hard for Kyiv to see the dropping of any reference to Russian "aggression" as anything but a sign that its Western backers are losing the argument with the "global South" over how to characterize the war. More
