Reports say that all Kimmel needs to do is swallow his pride, kowtow to King Trump, and cut down on the "Trump is an idiot, a fascist, and a moron" talk -- which could get someone blamed for his attempted assassinations. It may be, however, that Kimmel is ready to quit and move to his new cabin, leaving Hollywood's limelight for the glow of fireflies with his show business partner wife.
(CNN) Host Erin Burnett looks into the authoritarian situation brought on by Fearless Leader Trump, who claims that ABC wouldn't want Kimmel back because of his terribly "low ratings." Of course, networks want the lowest ratings they can get because that's how they make their money. Oh, wait, it's the opposite. The government does not even license networks, just local broadcasters. The FCC does not have the power to threaten broadcasters, local or national, just because the Fuhrer (Nazi-like leader) has a problem with what they're saying about him. Should said leader be able to bring down South Park for satire and genuine criticism? What if The Simpsons gets out of line? If Access Hollywood or TMZ take a jab, are they out?
