(RT) The whistleblowing website WikiLeaks has begun releasing sensational information on the multi-billion dollar global spying industry. Julian Assange says this is just the tip of the iceberg, as it were. The events of 9/11 were the excuse for the mass deployment of software in violation of imaginary rights we have to "privacy." But Apple, Google, and other media have either violated the law or gotten a waiver by our signing of agreements for their free use. The database contains hundreds of documents shining a light on the methods being used by secret services all over the world.
