The film follows a man determined to find the nonexistent law that requires American citizens to pay income tax. Russo is on a journey to find the evidence. The journey and the film is a startling examination of our government.
Leaning neither to the right or left, it exposes the systematic erosion of civil liberties in America. That erosion began in 1913 when the Federal Reserve system was fraudulently created.
