Mass sightings, physical evidence, eyewitnesses, photographic evidence, religious lore from around the world, ancient architecture -- no evidence is good enough or so obvious that it is not subverted, discounted, and rationalized away as "impossible," "imaginary," "crazy," or "against the known laws of physics" as if there were no developments in the human comprehension of physics.
American UFO sightings
Former White House, Air Force One, engineer for ABC News, and UFO contactee Wilbur Allen updated millions of Americans on Tuesday (April 10, 2012) via the Coast to Coast radio network, which now comprises more than 550 stations across the country.
Allen reports on evidence from various UFO sightings and incidents. He recently analyzed 16mm film footage from 1969 of Apollo 11 filmed outside the command module and found that it "shows without a doubt the formation of luminous green anomalies" similar to objects he repeatedly encountered outside the US Capitol building in July of 2002, he said.
Four days after his sighting, a couple reported seeing a green fireball flying over the Capitol dome, he added. Based on in depth research, he has concluded that many UFOs have the ability to move faster than the human eye can track. Others can cloak themselves. But in both cases their images can be picked up by some of the newer high end digital Nikon cameras.
Allen believes we are in the midst of a transition, with ETs infiltrating societies around the world. They have not only arrived, they have been here from the beginning. Some meddle, some help, some create, some enslave.
There are many groups and races with various planetary origins. Many are of a higher order, which may be easier to conceive of as dimensional travelers. Their technological advances, some of which they have shared with various governments, are so astounding as to require a new generation to take them for granted before the former generation has even gotten its head around the implications.
For example, they have the technology and apparent biological capacity to travel through walls. They almost certainly have large scale bases inside caverns, Allen has determined (and others have verified). Some of their craft appear to be as small as a garden pea, while being as large as New York City on the inside, Allen explained.
According to his studies there has been an evolution in extraterrestrial craft technology with a move toward using antigravity. Of course, this could just be due to a preponderance of new visitors with different technology. Humans possess the technology to manufacture "flying saucers," as seen, filmed, and reported all over Mexico but curiously blocked from US airwaves.
There are daily sightings across the US. Allen's video includes images of the 1952 mass UFO sightings over Washington, DC as well as audio testimony of a firsthand witness.
(July 14, 2011) Wilbur Allen has been a contactee since he was implanted in childhood. He has forensically documented sightings and anomalies through reproducible photography. Describing his first abduction at age five, he describes greys as having the physiques of slender children. The entities use a technology that applies a dampening field to the human brain, preventing abductees from screaming or running away, he explains, paralleling sleep paralysis so frequently reported. Repeatedly abducted -- via transporter technology -- he found himself on a gurney in the dark being examined by hybrids. The implant he received made him physically ill for the first 18 years of his life.
Allen, who now lives in the DC area, reports that he is given mental cues to take photographs at certain locations. While the resulting anomalies remain unseen with the naked eye, what appear to craft consistently show up in the photos. Yet, they are blurred in spite of the fact that they are taken with a shutter speed of at 1/8000th of a second. This suggests that the activity is occurring at speeds too fast for the human eye to detect. At the US Capitol, Allen saw small green luminous orbs as well as larger ones the size of a VW Beetle. He described one of the objects he photographed in DC as having plasma-like qualities, oscillating in three dimensions simultaneously, then via a "stargate."
He witnessed "non-corporeal" ETs at the US Capitol building, anomalies that entered the water at the reflection pool, as well as unexplained aerial objects at the Washington Monument during the fireworks. Some of the images he has captured match the UFOs photographed over DC during the 1952 wave of mass sightings, he said, adding that he believes there is likely an underground alien base in DC. This would explain why Washington experiences so much UFO activity.

Interestingly, Goldberg noted, people can have IBEs (in-the-body-experiences). These have all the characteristics of OBEs except that one remains within the parameters of the physical body while using their "astral senses" to experience the fifth dimension.With regard to alien abductions, Goldberg suggested that ETs use "fifth dimension travel techniques," tearing the fabric of space-time to move through solid walls, taking people back to their craft or bases (see accompanying illustrations).
He also talked about "paragression," which in contrast to both past life regression and future life progression, takes people to a life in a parallel universe. There, everything looks similar, but events have played out differently. Time travel? There are countless alternative futures as well as pasts.
