Ousting Gov. "Koch Brother" Walker (video)
Wisdom Quarterly in Madison, Wisconsin; OccupyWI.org
"Which side are you on? Which side are you on? Glory, glory, hallelujah! Solidarity forever! Solidarity forever! For the union makes us strong." (Occupy Wisconsin)
Selling out to the highest bidder is not difficult in Wisconsin. The highest bidder by far is Koch, Inc. "Birds of a feather flock together" like vulture capitalists; Willard "Mittens" Romney proved that this past week when he went to defend his Republican ally, Governor Scott Anti-99% Walker.
B.S. Obama, a divisive figure particularly among white male Independents, was nowhere to be found. Was he doing it to help candidate Milwaukee Mayor Tom Barrett, Walker's competition, or to steer clear of any losses that might derail his own re-(s)election campaign?
Gov. Walker has millions of dollars more in political "contributions," which used to be called illegal payola. But bribes were decriminalized to make buying the government easier. Nevertheless, Mayor Barrett is rising in the polls thanks to the consciousness-raising in Madison after Walker's atrocities. Even many of the police are on our side. (After all, most of the police state's foot soldiers are union members).
Tonight in Madison, Wisconsin the 99% celebrated over a year of solidarity.
We made a human chain around the Capitol holding hands all in
synchronized chanting of “OM.” The evening started early with a Solidarity Singalong in a final stand against Walker.
