The gloomy economic forecast means people are probably not rolling in the clover these days. But all can still revel for FREE in Clover Park. The City of Santa Monica is offering up another performing and visual arts feast to residents and guests, drawing attention to its cultural heritage as the most popular beach in Los Angeles. Highlights include live music and a host of other performances on multiple stages, plus art workshops and (if we're lucky) abundant sunshine and clean surf. LA Buddhists will gather in the park and sand for a public demonstration of meditation.
