This class consists of 30 minutes of Zen meditation followed by a discussion led by Brad Warner.

Brad Warner (born March 5, 1964) is an American Sōtō Zen Buddhist monk, author, blogger, and punk rock bass guitarist. There will be instructions, so beginners are encouraged to join.

Zen meditation is simple and the technique can be learned in just a few minutes, though it may take years to refine it.
