(Jan. 22, 2021) Dharamsala, India - This morning Mrs. Neelkamal Sihota, a mathematics teacher at the British School, New Delhi, welcomed the Dalai Lama to an online conversation on behalf of the school about well-being and resilience.

She explained that the students were between 11 and 14 years of age. She told him that she and the students were humbled that he had agreed to talk to them and were looking forward to what he had to say. More
