International No Pants Day: In Pictures
No Pants Day has many expressions. The No Pants Subway Ride in DC is an annual event that was started with seven participants in 2002 by Improv Everywhere in New York. It was in January when it's really cold in NY. It is now observed in over 60 cities around the world. The idea is that passengers board a subway at separate stops in the middle of winter, wearing no trousers or skirts. Now imagine the same no pants everywhere in spring -- none at work, school, church, meditation, the bathroom. Disrobe at your own risk. More + PHOTOS
