(Animal Planet, Finding Bigfoot, April 21, 2021) The team travels to Buddhist Nepal in search of Yetis (yakshi), the cold climate Bigfoot of the East, "Abominable Snowmen." They visit Pangboche Buddhist monastery in the Himalayas to examine relics -- tangible scientific evidence suppressed in the West -- of what could be a Yeti scalp and hand as large as an Almas or jinn or Neanderthal (ancient Bigfoot print).

Cryptozoology: Bigfoot researcher and writer Kenney Irish and author Russell Acord have theories about Bigfoot (Nepali Yeti, Native American Iroquois Sasquatch) with evidence for the mysterious cryptid.

The two concur on the idea that Bigfoot is a flesh and blood creature and something more ethereal or in possession of special powers. "We've seen what we perceive as Bigfoot on thermal imaging, so that would mean it puts out a heat trace," Acord said.

Their body weight leaves an impression (unique footprints) when they step on the ground that can be lifted and analyzed. To think that hoaxers are carving prints into their wooden foot to push into the ground is implausible, researcher Lloyd Pye points out.

Yet, the two concede that cases where the creature vanishes into thin air or its tracks suddenly stop suggest it may also be an interdimensional being.

Irish researches Native American lore on Bigfoot in the USA. The Iroquois, located in the American northeast, speak of Sasquatch as being another tribe of people who live in their own communities.

Regarding the ET connection, Irish says there have been many sightings of Bigfoot after people saw lights in the sky, and even some witnesses who report seeing the creature walk out of a spaceship (vimana).

Acord says "Bigfoot nests" have been found in Washington state, and he theorizes that the cryptids may also be subterranean, taking advantage of lava tubes that run through the caves.

Callers shared their own fascinating Sasquatch encounters and sightings. For example, one woman calling herself Mary described a creature she saw with the facial features of a sloth, and Irish (kwirish.com) noted that baby Bigfoot have sometimes been said to have a sloth-like quality with longer arms.
