Meditation can alleviate addiction cravings
Beginning our day by meditating with others and setting good intentions is very beneficial during challenging times with Beth Sternlieb.

A few moments of sitting together in the morning is a welcomed dependable resort. In guided online meditation with meditation instructions special attention is given to relaxing the body, soothing the heart, and calming the mind.

Traditional teachings from the Buddha are shared as helpful instructions for transforming our everyday lives. Join insightla.org for this simple way to stay connected to the practice and the community from:

EVERY MONDAY-FRIDAY
  • 7:30–8:00 AM Guided Meditation
  • 8:00–8:10 AM Optional Silent Meditation
  • 8:10–8:30 AM Questions, Reflections, & Discussion on Fridays there will be Small Group Meetings (a way to get to know our community practice friends).
  • FREE or suggested donation of $15, but no one is turned away for lack of funds.
