Science and Spirituality: What is TIME?

Science advocate, time expert, and Monroe Institute siddha Lisa Broderick

Lisa Broderick (allthetimebook.com) is a Transcendental Meditation (TM) siddha, who attended the Monroe Institute (monroeinstitute.org) for the exploration of expanded states of consciousness.

She discusses the nature of time, the possibility of time travel (as allowed for by Einsteinian physics), extra-terrestrials (ETs), and near-death experiences (NDEs).

There is a physical component to time, which is that things move and change, she explained, but there is also a perception aspect that is crucial:

"If we can slow down our perception then we can control time for ourselves," she states.

Einstein, she notes, believed that time is an illusion. Einstein had a theory that time travel is possible via wormholes, but he did not believe that time travel could be possible in spite of the math saying it is.

Broderick recalled her childhood NDE which occurred after an accident, and how the experience of being out of her body first led her to wonder about the mystery of time.

If we consider ETs to be interdimensional travelers who can manipulate time better than we can, which might explain a lot of the anomalous reports about them and their spacecrafts, she suggests.

Broderick talks about the concept of phase, which in physics refers to synchronizing different waves with certain frequencies.

Dr. Bruce Lipton, Ph.D. praises All the Time
She hypothesizes that time travelers and ETs might be seen by us when they're in an out-of-phase mode, and similarly when a person dies, if that person is are temporarily out-of-phase, s/he might appear to us as a ghost.

Upon death, she says, we do not go anywhere. It's really more of a time shift. She also expounded on the idea that we live in a multiverse of infinite iterations, in which people can seamlessly shift into parallel timelines. More + AUDIO

ABOUT THE AUTHOR
: Lisa Broderick is a senior executive whose career has been defined by understanding how technology impacts society and changes behavior. Lisa experiences and studies the world in terms of data, best practices, and quantum science. She teaches that life is about constant change, where energy and matter are the basis of transformation and time. Her groundbreaking new book, All the Time in the World, reveals how new scientific literature is revolutionizing our understanding of what time is and, more importantly, how we can affect it. More
