When Things Fall Apart (19): Pema Chodron

When Things Fall Apart by Pema Chodron
Let us read from Chapter 19.
(Belfast Buddhist) There are three methods for working with chaos. Chapter 19 of this classic Buddhist book of recovery and true stories tells us.
The main point of these methods is to dissolve the dualistic struggle, our habitual tendency to struggle against what's happening to us or in us. These methods instruct us to move towards difficulties rather than backing away. We don't get this kind of encouragement very often.

She's such a gift to this world! 💓 Use painful poison as fuel for waking up. Let pain and conflict and fear be our teachers. Don't avoid them, for they can be seeds of compassion. Let's let our story go.
