MEXICO CITY, Mexico - 2022 Día de los Muertos, Oct. 31, 2022. This video tracks a tick off the bucket list, participation in Día de los Muertos or “Day of the Dead” festival in Mexico. Check ✅
The Day of the Dead is a holiday for remembering and celebrating those who have passed on from this world. It’s almost a week of festivities, holding different events across the country, showcasing the best of calacas (“skeletons”), ofrendas (“altar offerings”), calavera (deadly “skull candy”), colors, lights, marigold flowers, and much more! It’s a festival not to be missed while visiting Mexico.
This video was filmed on Oct. 29, 2022, during the main Mexico City parade around Zócalo (the historical town center). It is truly incredible to see all the participants marching down the streets of Mexico City, wearing colorful costumes and putting on an amazing show. 💀
