(Clear Mountain Monastery) Clear Mountain Monastery Podcast In this session Ven. Nando teaches about the concept of the spiritual "perfections" (pāramī). Often spoken about as ten qualities, pāramī represents a strength of heart that can be developed through practice on and beyond the cushion.

ABOUT: Ajahn Nando was born in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada. At the age of 21 he travelled to Thailand to stay at the International Meditation Center, Wat Pah Nanachat. He took full monastic ordination at the age of 22. During his monastic life he has had the opportunity to live with several renowned Thai Forest Tradition monks, including Ajahn Anan, Luang Por Piak, and Luang Por Bun-Deet.
