(Mindset) Neuroscientists and Stanford Health Psychologist Dr. Kelly McGonigal, Ph.D., teaches what influences us to procrastinate or why we fail to resist temptation. We can learn small interventions that can have large, positive outcomes. And we don't need to cross our legs in full lotus to achieve it. It's an internal effort of "surfing the urge" and riding out rough emotions, intrusive thoughts, and the craving at the root of habits we no longer want to want.
Speaker: Dr. Kelly McGonigal. Special thanks to Talks at Google for this amazing talk. talksatgoogle
