U.S. Right to Know reporter Emily Kopp breaks down leaked documents she got her hands on detailing a proposal made by U.S. scientists to engineer a virus at China's Wuhan Institute of Virology. DARPA was involved at one point, so we can see they explore such experiments to make new and deadlier weapons all of the time.
