Mexican via the Middle East like many
How shall we unravel the mysteries surrounding the rise and fall of one of the ancient world's most powerful and least understood civilizations, the Teotihuacan of Mexico?

Just north of Mexico City are the mysterious Teotihuacán pyramids built beginning circa 300 BCE as the centerpiece of an enormous city, often compared to Ancient Rome. They were inexplicably abandoned centuries before the arrival of the Aztecs, who called the ancient architectural marvel the "Birthplace of the Gods."

Neither they nor modern archaeologists have been able to unravel the secrets of these massive ruins, presided over by the third-largest pyramid in the world.

Constructed according to precise astronomical measurements and filled with the bodies (possibly sacrificial victims or tribute to reptilians underground), it was perhaps a place where bloody rituals were performed to keep the end of the world at bay. But no one actually knows.

This mystic spot is one of the most enigmatic and impressive archeological sites in North America. Its vast stone expanse of towering temples are still covered with rich and detailed stone statues and faded paintings.

Researcher and archaeologist report finding "large quantities" of liquid mercury under ruins of Teotihuacan [T-oh-TEE-hwa-CON], in a discovery that could shed light on the identity of the city’s mysterious leaders.

Mexican researcher Sergio Gómez announced on Friday that he had discovered “large quantities” of liquid mercury in a chamber below the Pyramid of the Feathered Serpent (Quetzalcoatl), the third largest pyramid of Teotihuacan, a ruined city in Central Mexico.

The finding may suggest the existence of a king’s tomb or a ritual chamber far below one of the most ancient cities in the Americas.

According to Philip Ball the burial chamber of China’s first emperor (the mausoleum of Qin Shi Huang) contains rivers and a lake of shimmering mercury, which adds to the mystery and makes the worldwide ancient culture theory stronger. More

How were the pyramids built?
(National Geographic HD) Did extraterrestrials (off-planet or middle earth aliens) impart the knowledge and technology to build massive stone monuments? The Aztecs say they are from Aztlan, which is in the earth, called Agartha by Buddhists.
