Oh no, a sexist, racist bigot just got elected to be leader of the US! Meet the new boss, same as the old boss. No one does much of anything but cry and complain after the fact. Where's Bernie?
(ET Canada/Global News) Hollywood Reacts To Trump Win: Stunned Hollywood elites reacts negatively to Donald Trump’s shocking win as Snoop Dogg calls Toronto “his new home.” ET Canada has all of their reaction.
(The Late Show with Stephen Colbert) Bernie Sanders: Now More Than Ever, It's Our Revolution. The Vermont senator -- whose task may have been to attract leftists and guide them back to the mainstream party ("Bernies' Plan B: Follow me to Hillary") -- remains optimistic about the country's future and urges citizens to become more deeply involved in the political process. He's got a new summer home and a new book just out, Our Revolution. Will you fall for it again? We never understood the slur "libtard" till now.
(CBS News, 60 Minutes) Leslie Stahl interviews Trump Family after election
(CBS) [Sell-out] Sen. Bernie Sanders [who may have taken a $600,000 from the Clinton Camp and used the windfall to buy a summer house, paid for in cash a week after getting out of the race], whose presidential campaign won 22 states and 13 million votes before being robbed of the nomination by corrupt Hillary Clinton, is laying out his agenda in his new book, "Our Revolution: A Future to Believe In." The Vermont senator joins "CBS This Morning" to discuss why he thinks Democrats failed to appeal to the working class in the 2016 election.
What's going on?
Excellent.
Author of Listen, Liberal! Thomas Frank was on the BBC and on Mitch Jeserich's "Letters & Politics" (10:00 am, 11/16/16) today breaking it down for a population misled by a deceptive mainstream media. People are not shocked that Trump won. He had a chance just by running in one of the two wings of our one party American system. What is the surprise is that we were all led to believe there was nothing to worry about because corrupt Hillary Clinton had it in the bag.
In fact, so convinced were we of this that we were shocked when someone with a 99% certainty of winning lost. Who said it was 99%? The deceptive media and corrupt pollsters. We at Wisdom Quarterly were so taken in that we were going to call it for Hillary a day in advance, seeing how the system is rigged and assuming that Democrats were the ones who rigged it more effectively than Republicans this time around. (Both sides engage in "caging" and other illegal and unethical practices, as Greg Palast details in his book and film). But it was the other way around:
Republicans rigged our gerrymandered system so that a minority won over a majority of voters. The consolation in California? Now big corporations will start selling high intensity marijuana (high THC, low CBD) like sugar, alcohol, and cigarettes to dumb everyone down with a new variation of an "opium for the masses."
I'm triggered! I'm so f#$%&@* mad at you, Mister Racist Sexist Nazi Trump!
The next stage: Will anti-Trump marches become a movement?
WASHINGTON, DC (AP) - Demonstrators upset over the election of Donald Trump have marched in cities around the country over the past week, and some are making plans to be in Washington for his inauguration Jan. 20. But whether marches will become a movement is an open question. More
