Don't talk to cops (video)

Don't Talk to Cops, Part 1
Dr. James Duane, a professor at Regent Law School and a former defense attorney, tells us why no one should ever agree to be interviewed by the police. For anything you say can and may will be used against you in a court of law long after you talked, at which time it will be your word against the police. What you say cannot be brought up in court to help you; it is inadmissible because it is hearsay. So even if police could be compelled to testify in your favor, what they would say could not be taken into account because it is classified as mere hearsay or as some kind of confession. Plead the 5th. It's our constitutional right and for good reason.

Experienced cop tells why you should never agree to be interviewed by police.
