Milk (and cheese) cause CANCER

Wisdom Quarterly; VegNews.com

Am I an opium addict? I drink "bovine heroine" from heroic cows, which is 1/10th the strength of black tar heroin. My smack is called "milk," and there are plenty of dealers, except for the healthiest option, which is raw.

Who knew a cow protein could be so addictive and toxic to non-cows?

Casein is the principal protein in milk. It is found in the milk of all mammals, and, oddly enough, is often found in many food items marked "non-dairy." Examples of "non-dairy" products that contain casein are some coffee creamers, whipped toppings, rice, soy, and tofu cheeses. More
