(WQ) It's deja vu! This happened when the U.S. invaded and left the Mesopotamian/Iraqi National Museum wide open to looting. Who knows how many treasures and loot was taken by U.S. forces and/or private mercenaries like Dick Cheney's Halliburton and its many incarnations. Then the CIA -- using its puppet terrorist arm called the "Taliban," a joint project of the CIA and the Pakistani Secret Service or OSI, Office of Strategic Intelligence -- inspired some extremists to take offense at the ancient anthropomorphic Buddhas of Bamiyan. Then more recently someone told Pakistani extremists upsetting our ally India that they should deface a Buddha carved into an out of the way rock. All three events get disproportionate press, a pretext for endless war, drone attacks, a new set of Crusades, and milking American coffers while war profiteering.
