Basiago claims he was part of DARPA’s "Project Pegasus" as a young child. This involved time-travel and teleportation as part of various U.S. government projects.

Candidate Basiago has announced his campaign (Andy2016.com) for the highest office in the land with the words, "I want to be America’s truth president."

Earthling-humans may already live on Mars.
Basiago will be running as a write-in candidate in the 43 states that currently allow it. His goal is to end the government's culture of secrecy. He believes, as many others do, that "We are being played by the permanent and secret government." More: Andy2016.com
