Scientists creating half-human creatures (NPR)

Rob Stein (npr.org, May 18, 2016); CC Liu, Seth Auberon, Pat Macpherson, Wisdom Quarterly
A "chimera" is a half-human/half-animal monstrosity of mythology (Jeannie Phan/NPR).
.
In search for cures, scientists create embryos that are BOTH animal and human
(NPR) Researchers experimenting with chimeric embryos say they could develop into adult pigs, sheep, or cows with human organs that one day might be suitable for transplantation in people.

Chimeras on the menu?
Wisdom Quarterly (COMMENTARY)
Will transhumanism make monstrosities?
It is amusing that NPR is bending over backwards to make this seem like a positive and normal thing: "It's science!" "It's medicine!" "It's progress!" It's GMO-technology for your body and for lunch, an injection of a Monsanto stew of chemicals in your jeans. People will actually want it. It's like we've said before: The media will have us eating insects and offal (lipstick and hotdogs) and asking for more. So when it comes to growing transplant organs inside of farm animals, who will stop them?
Steve Quayle (beforeitsnews.com)
They have, sadly, been doing this for a long time in secretive military-industrial labs. But now it can be out in the open with a strong PR campaign to have the public cheering it on. It's the "Island of Dr. Moreau" (H. G. Wells) in real life. It's what remote viewers saw going on in wartime labs by various countries. It's what the U.S. military and black budget projects do in Dulce and DUMBs (deep underground military bases). But who has time to listen to whistleblowers. It's what Stephen Quayle warned us about under the daunting rubric, "transhumanism."

Are Americans already eating cloned meat from the supermarket and Chinese Jell-O made from human tissues? They are, and it's cannibalism, but who's counting, and who will stop them?
