LOS ANGELES, California - White LA Jailer Giancarlo Scotti, a 10-year-veteran deputy of the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department, has been arrested on suspicion of engaging in [forcible rape under color of authority] sexual contact with two female inmates, officials announced Thursday.

 

White Giancarlo Scotti, 31, was arrested Wednesday night, within hours of the allegation that included “rape under color of authority,” said Sheriff Jim McDonnell during a news conference at downtown LA’s Hall of Justice.
