Meets every Monday night from 7:15-9:15 pm in the Spirit Rock Community Meditation Center. The sit is also available via livestream:

The Monday Night Meditation Group is now in its 33rd year and serves as an introduction to the practices of awareness and compassion that are the heart of Theravada Buddhist teachings.
 
The sit is appropriate for beginning and experienced students alike. New to Spirit Rock? Join the weekly Community Welcome Program at no charge. Fee on Monday nights: $15-30 (sliding scale).
