Guided meditation: sleep visualization
This guided visualization is for helping to relax.  Listen to before or at bedtime to help with sleep. Relaxing can be easy but is sometimes difficult, so with the aid of a voice in the background helping to untense and de-stress, we are drawn into relaxation.
Inner peace and calm is needed for realizing the state of sleep and also letting go of the day. Guided meditation is a little like hypnosis in that it helps the subconscious let go of negative thoughts and guide us to the emotion or state we seek.

The more we listen to guided meditation, the easier it can be to enter a relaxed state of mind. And over time it comes automatically.

All of these guided meditation tracks are crafted around immersing and relaxing deeply to meditate or sleep. Insomnia is a real problem, and depression (helped by liver cleansing) is helped by clearing the mind to make decisions and gain positivity.
