Q: Help! I want a daily meditation practice starting January 1st, 2020. What do I need to do?

A: Skip the wishing this year; make a commitment. Group meditation is the sure way to start and keep going with a practice. Soon what is learned can be carried over to a regular practice anytime, anywhere.
