  • 10:00 am-11:00 am Mushroom Walk with Olga Tzogas
  • Meet at Ayres Hall patio
  • 11:00 am-12:00 pm Wild mushroom cooking demonstration with Jess Starwood and Gordon Walker
  • 1:00-2:00 pm Keynote speaker Dr. Cornelia Cho Mushrooms as Food and Medicine
  • 2:30-3:00 pm Art and photo contest voting ends, winners announced
  • 3:00-4:00 pm "Overview of the Fungal Kingdom: Mushrooms, Molds, and More" with Dr. Gordon Walker
  • 4:00 pm Fair closes
