Who is Thom Hartmann? Thom Hartmann (Uncle Tom Heartless? No!) He is a progressive radio voice who is so radical he sometimes backs Bernie Sanders but then switches to Hillary Clinton, Kamala Harris, or anyone else who looks like they might come to power through the Democrat Party Machine. He will talk to investigative journalist Greg Palast about election fraud then just go mute on the subject. He'll criticize Trump's personality but not really do anything structural about it. This makes him more of a political entertainer than a voice for change. On occasion he covers an edgy story, but not usually. He is like the Rush Limbaugh of a bumbling Left looking for its footing, a mouthpiece without much of a cause, a know-it-all intent on keeping the status quo, a failed self-promoter who manages to appear to really be doing something to help with precious little to show for it.
