Burning Man Day 4: Orgy Dome, mud

Art, creativity, and awe - it's all here.

What really happens at Burning Man? Everything's free, life lived by principles, not a music festival but rather a festival of lights and lifestyle, standup comedy, Orgy Dome, acid (LSD) trip, the afterglow, Buddhist insight: "Desire what you don't have a little less, desire more what you do have." Put the phone away. Ride a bike. Stare at the sky and into different dimensions that are just as far away as the doors of the perception. Mario Adrion explains, concluding, "Namaste, b*tches."

24 hours at Burning Man 2025 – Daily Playa Survival Vlog

(Escaping Normal Life) Aug. 28, 2025: In this daily playa survival vlog, I go inside the heart of Black Rock City – where 70,000 people come together in the Nevada desert to create the most unbelievable temporary city on Earth.

🌵✨ Yes, it's muddy and messy, but that doesn’t stop the fun, the phenomenal art, massive sound camps, live music, free spa treatments, caked mud, no showers, and unbelievable energy all around.

Beyond the parties, Burning Man is also a place for self-growth, spirituality, and community – with religious temples, AA meetings, weddings, families, kids, and powerful moments of togetherness that make this city feel like home.

Too often, people focus only on the negatives, but the truth is Burning Man is a functioning city full of creativity, connection, and human spirit. Join me for 24 hours of survival, dust, mud, art, music, and magic at Burning Man 2025! Venmo: venmo.com/u/escaping_normal_life

Pfc. Sandoval, Seth Auberon (eds.), Wisdom Quarterly

Is Switzerland's £3 billion legal sex trade too liberal? | documentary

(The Sun) Feb. 3, 2024: Welcome to liberal Switzerland, where prostitution is legal and paying for sex has become as simple as ordering an Uber.

As well as street prostitution, now websites offer clients a range of sexual services, spanning all kinds of kinks and fetishes, at the click of a button.

In this documentary The Sun travelled to Switzerland to investigate how the county's super-liberal sex buying laws are working out for those in the industry.

G20 meeting to create a world monetary system and a central world bank (wiki)

The G-20 (a.k.a. the "Group of 20 Finance Ministers and Central Bank Governors") is an elite set of finance ministers and central bank governors from 20 economies: 19 of the world's largest national economies plus the European Union (EU).

It also met once at heads-of-government level, in November 2008. Collectively, the G-20 economies comprise 85% of global gross national product, 80% of world trade (including EU intra-trade), and two-thirds of the world population.

The G-20 is a forum for cooperation and consultation on matters pertaining to the international financial system. It studies, reviews, and promotes discussion among key industrial and emerging market countries. It is interested in policy issues pertaining to the promotion of international "financial stability." It seeks to address issues that go beyond the responsibilities of any one organization. More>>
