There will be a mushroom walk, growing demo, free workshops, art, photo contests, vendors, and more.
It is hosted every year by the Los Angeles Mycological Society (LAMS), runs from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm, and is open to everyone.

LAMS sponsors different types of events:
The regular monthly meeting is held on the third Monday of each month (7:30 pm), except for February. This is the case for the season running October through May at the Sparr Heights Community Center in Glendale. This meeting is free and open to the public. Membership is recommended.
The mushroom identification hour (6:30 pm) is held before each monthly meeting in the same location as the regular monthly meeting. Bring mushrooms to learn about identifying them.
