During a recent constituent gathering to discuss environmental concerns in the Dearborn, Michigan area, Congresswoman Rashida Tlaib was asked whether some of the $100+ billion she voted to send to Ukraine could have been applied to domestic issues like the ones being discussed. Rather than answer the question, Representative Tlaib and her co-host, public health professional Abdul El-Sayed, deflected, ignored the questioner, and insisted on moving on to a different subject entirely.
