Native wisdom via A.I. 'Wes Kingfisher'?

Heal, feed, and warm family and friends from the land itself
The Native American Way — 101 field-tested remedies, skills, and recipes passed down by Grandmother Ada from the hills of eastern Oklahoma.

The backyard pharmacy, the wild pantry, fire, shelter, clean water, and the winter table — the old ways written down plain, before the last of them are gone (now only $17).

AI "Wes Kingfisher" is a pen name, and "his" eBook was created with AI assistance. It is written in the "voice" of a Native American elder for educational purposes only. It is not medical advice — so consult a competent physician before using any herbal remedy, especially if pregnant, nursing, or taking an allopathic pharmaceutical.
Wild plants can have deadly lookalikes, so never forage, eat, or use any plant without confirming its identity with a local expert or an authoritative field guide.

Foraging and wilderness skills carry inherent risks. This book is no substitute for learning directly from the remaining Native communities and elders who have stewarded these traditions for 10,000 years and longer.
  • BOOK: Americans are paying top dollar for what grows free in our own yard! That bottle of pills started life as a tree down by the creek. The comfort our great-grandmothers made in the kitchen now comes with a barcode and a hefty markup. Nobody locked this knowledge away out of spite — but rather, the chain got broken, one elder at a time, one quiet library closing forever. Sound familiar? (weskingfisherbooks.com)

  • DISCLAIMER: Why would Wisdom Quarterly promote this book by an invented character?
It is because the writer-publisher ("Wes Kingfisher Books") is honest enough to say Wes Kingfisher a pen name and this eBook was written with A.I. assistance (at the bottom of the landing page in small print). And in the future, AI and eBooks may be the closest we ever get to any remaining "Native wisdom."

How the Creator God looks: Book of Enoch

(TheBlackParchment) The Book of Enoch finally exposed the Creator God -- and what this God actually looks like

God: An Anatomy
An astonishing and revelatory history that represents God as he was originally envisioned by ancient worshippers—with a distinctly male body, and with superhuman powers, earthly passions, and a penchant for the fantastic and monstrous.

"[A] rollicking journey through every aspect of Yahweh’s body [the Demiurge, Gnostic Yaldabaoth], from top to bottom (yes, that too) and from inside out... Ms. Stavrakopoulou has almost too much fun.” — The Economist

I'm no ET. I'm Baal. Worship me!
The scholarship of theology and religion teaches us that the God of the Bible was without a body, only revealing himself in the Old Testament in words mysteriously uttered through his prophets, and in the New Testament in the body of Christ.
The portrayal of God as corporeal and masculine is seen as merely metaphorical, figurative, or poetic. But, in this revelatory study, Francesca Stavrakopoulou presents a vividly corporeal image of God: a human-shaped deity who walks and talks [in the Garden of Eden with Adam and Eve] and weeps and laughs, who eats, sleeps, feels, and breathes, and who is undeniably male.

Could there be a God, a real God?

The Jewish God El
Here is a portrait—arrived at through the author's close examination of and research into the Bible—of a god in ancient myths and rituals who was a product of a particular society, at a particular time, made in the image of the people who lived then, shaped by their own circumstances and experience of the world.

From head to toe—and every part of the body in between [including the penis]—this is a god of stunning surprise and complexity, one we have never encountered before. More: God: An Anatomy (by Francesca Stavrakopoulou)

'Must-Know Go-To Survival Plants' (book)

Must-Know Go-To Survival Plants of North America

American plant expert Christopher Nyerges
Local guide and prolific author Christopher Nyerges, founder of the School of Self-Reliance, and his wife Helen Nyerges have 4.0 out of 5 stars (with 1 review) with their guidebook Must-Know Go-To Survival Plants of North America.

This easy-to-read book includes a line drawing for each plant and photos that make identification easy. There is also a numerical graph that gives each plant a “score,” depending on how useful the plants are for
  • food,
  • medicine,
  • water,
  • fire,
  • shelter, and
  • other uses.
There is also a guide on how to use and store plants, showing whether a plant can be eaten raw or cooked, and whether it is best when stored dried, frozen, or pickled, or all three.

The authors include plants readers are likely to find anywhere across North America. They also include plants they use most of the time because these plants are widespread, common, easy to recognize, and good tasting.

Also available on Amazon
The book contains 29 entries, though it covers many more than 29 individual plants. For example, in the tree section, there is a discussion of elderberries, oaks, and willows. What they say about these three genera of trees is applicable to every species worldwide of elders, oaks, and willows.

There are 20 species of Sambucus (elder) worldwide, about 600 species of Quercus (oak trees) worldwide, and about 400 species of Salix (willows) worldwide. What is written about Rubus (blackberry) applies to all species, and comments about cattail apply to all 15 species worldwide.

The book talks about individual species used as food -- such as chickweed, lamb’s quarter, and purslane. Several in the section on herbaceous plants contain many individual species, such as grasses, with about 10,550 species worldwide, and onions of which there are about 500 species worldwide, and seaweeds.

Seaweeds are marine algae, divided into the three major categories: green, red, and brown for a combined total of about 10,000 species worldwide.

The book is a refreshing addition to any botanical collection whether one studies as a novice or expert.

National Nachos Day (cooking recipes)

(The Vegan Roadie) Lois Ellen Frank on Indigenous cooking

Chips, Beyond Burger, dairy-free shreds, spices
Nowadays, one can find a sheet-pan dinner recipe for pretty much any flavor that one craves. But before all of these existed, there were nachos.

The original sheet-pan meal can be found on virtually every bar and diner menu across the country. While nachos are now a popular Tex-Mex dish, they're a distinctly Mexican creation. Texas?

Invented in 1940, nachos were born when Ignacio Anaya, nicknamed "Nacho" (which is short for the Spanish name Ignacio, from the Latin Ignatius), threw together a quick snack of
  • corn (chips)
  • dairy (cheese)
  • chili (jalapeños)
  • veggies (tomato, black olives, cilantro, guacamole)
  • protein (pinto beans, Beyond Burger crumbles)
to sate the hunger of some guests visiting the restaurant he worked at in Piedras Negras ("Black Rocks"), Mexico.

The dish was an instant smash and quickly took hold in other restaurants before Texas-based businessman Frank Liberto created ballpark nachos in 1976, making them even more popular and readily available in the United States.

Nachos are typically eaten as a side or an appetizer, but with some careful doubling-up of ingredients and a few additions, they can become a hearty lunch or dinner.

The beauty of nachos is that while they have a few classic elements and ingredients, they can also serve as a vehicle for creativity and new flavors -- made fully vegan with full flavor.

So if anyone has ever had the urge to mix up a dish of nachos, here are some tips needed to make this dish even more special. More

Did Trump molest Virginia at Mar a Lago?

Nobody's Girl: A Memoir
(DemocracyNow.org) Molested Viriginia Roberts (Giuffre) was 16 when working for Donald Trump at the Mar a Lago spa when Ghislane Maxwell recruited her for Jeffrey Epstein, who prostituted (child sex trafficked) her out to powerful and prominent men for blackmail purposes. Did Donald take advantage of her, fondle her, or grab her by the...? He claims to have been upset at his best friend/child molester Jeffrey for taking her from him, so upset that he claims he allegedly ended his 15-year friendship with him.

Trash: Ghislane Maxwell

Rich Maxwells spy for Israel
(Recent photos that have surfaced suggest he never broke with the child sex trafficking team of Epstein & Maxwell, who had provided him so many good times and had evidence they could use against him or sell to the highest state bidder, namely Israel and the government of Bibi Netanyahu). She was soon taken around the world, having survived incestuous molestation by her father, Sky William Roberts (shown above with young Virginia).
I'm the Madame, Jeff the Pimp, the girls our $$$
Now she was being used and abused as a "honey trap" to lure men to perform illegal acts on film, which Mossad assets/agents Epstein and Maxwell used to hold over the heads of these rich and powerful men (lawyers, royals, prime ministers, etc.) This is why the CIA became so interested and assisted in the cover up, as the KGB and other intelligence agencies may have. It is possible the Mossad orchestrated the whole set up or just joined in because Zionist Epstein shared information to blackmail individuals to promote the state of Israel in its genocide.

No Epstein suicide, release of Ghislaine?

(CNN) Supreme Court meets today to discuss Ghislaine Maxwell case [and maybe release her, reduce her sentence, dismiss charges, or at least put her in a nicer Club Fed detention center rather than a nasty American prison like a common criminal].

IHIP News EXCLUSIVE: Epstein whistleblower drops BOMB on Ghislaine, Trump, and DOJ cover up!
Here's Epstein, alive and well on his island, 2025
(I've Had It) Sept. 28, 2025: Today IHIP News is joined by the journalist who broke the Jeffrey Epstein case, Julie K. Brown. Check out her book with this link: harpercollins.com/product...
  • Trump gives "full backing" to Bibi's Israel to finish its genocide in Gaza, West Bank, Palestine
Perversion of Justice
I've Had It! We will expose Trump-Epstein!
The New York Times bestseller [is] “A gripping journalistic procedural… Spotlight meets Erin Brockovich.”
—Michelle Goldberg, The New York Times

“Julie K. Brown's important book offers not just a definitive account of the Epstein case, but a compelling window into her own experiences as a dogged reporter at a regional newspaper, facing off against powerful interests set against her reporting.”
—Ronan Farrow, Pulitzer Prize-winning author of Catch and Kill

Dauntless journalist Julie K. Brown recounts her uncompromising and risky investigation of Jeffrey Epstein's underage sex trafficking operation, and the explosive reporting for the Miami Herald that finally brought him to justice while exposing the powerful people and broken system that protected him.

For many years, billionaire [Donny Trump and] Jeffrey Epstein's
Perversion of Justice: Epstein
penchant for underage teenage girls was an open secret
in the high society of Palm Beach, Florida and Upper East Side, Manhattan.

Charged in 2008 with soliciting prostitution from minors, Epstein was treated with unheard of leniency, dictating the terms of his non-prosecution.

The mainstream media virtually ignored the failures of the criminal justice system, and Epstein's friends and business partners brushed the allegations aside. But when in 2017 the U.S Attorney who approved Epstein's plea deal, Alexander Acosta, was chosen by Pres. Trump as Labor Secretary, reporter Julie K. Brown was compelled to ask questions.

Despite her editor's skepticism that she could add a new dimension to a known story, Brown determined that her goal would be to track down the victims themselves.

Poring over thousands of redacted court documents, traveling across the country, and chasing down information in difficulty and sometimes dangerous circumstances, Brown tracked down dozens of Epstein's victims, now young women struggling to reclaim their lives after the trauma and shame they had endured.

Brown's resulting three-part series in the Miami Herald was one of the most explosive news stories of the decade, revealing how Epstein ran a global sex trafficking pyramid scheme with impunity for years, targeting vulnerable teens, often from fractured homes, and then turning them into underage sex recruiters.

You'll be back with me on my island soon, Ghislaine. Maybe we can fake your suicide, too.
.
Prince Andrew, child, and Ghislaine Maxwell
The outrage led to Epstein's arrest, the disappearance and eventual arrest of his [blackmail partner, fellow covert asset, and girl-fiend] closest accomplice Ghislaine Maxwell, and the resignation of Acosta.

The [alleged] financier's mysterious "suicide" in a New York City jail cell prompted wild speculation about the secrets he took to the grave-and whether his death was intentional or the result of foul play.

Tracking Epstein’s evolution from a college dropout to one of the most successful financiers [bank fixers, supposed hedge fund managers] in the country—whose associates included Donald Trump, Prince Andrew, and Bill Clinton—Perversion of Justice: The Jeffrey Epstein Story builds on Brown's original award-winning series, showing the power of truth, the value of local reportage and the tenacity of one woman in the face of the deep-seated corruption of powerful men.
