(Buddhist Insights) Western Buddhist monk Ajahn Punnadhammo is from Arrow River Forest Hermitage. He walks an audience through a contemplation of ever-expanding mind states (known as the four formless meditative absorptions):
the perception of infinite space
the perception of infinite consciousness
the perception of nothingness
the perception of neither-perception-nor-non-perception.
This talk was given in Dec. 2018 at a talk organized by Buddhist Insights in Brooklyn, NY. To learn more about Buddhist Insights: linktr.ee/buddhistinsights.
