(Deep Mindfulness) Healing Duality: American Teacher Shinzen Young on Transcending Separation as he recalls growing up Jewish in Los Angeles at a Japanese language school with full immersion into the culture. He learned advaita or non-duality and canonical Buddhist languages with his mild Asperger's, which has made him a polymath and scholar, mathematician and scientisst, a speaker and teacher of the Dharma, particularly from the Mahayana perspective with its heavy Hindu influences.
