"Love water, not oil"! Thousands are standing up to protect their land from an oil pipeline. A hearing on whether indigenous people will get fair due process as a sovereign nation to stop construction is coming. The courts will decide whether or not sovereign nations have a say in the decisions that affect treaty territories.
