We persist in defending and protecting the rights of sovereign Native American nations, the effects of climate change, the poisoning of rivers, streams, and lakes. Missouri Lake is already sick.

"Love water, not oil"! Thousands are standing up to protect their land from an oil pipeline. A hearing on whether indigenous people will get fair due process as a sovereign nation to stop construction is coming. The courts will decide whether or not sovereign nations have a say in the decisions that affect treaty territories.

Are they able to deny a pipeline on their lands? ‪#‎HonorTheTreaties‬ Does anyone have the right to live in harmony as Lakota people, traditionally and spiritually with equality? The resistance continues. What would Sitting Bull do today? "Let us put our minds together and see what life we can make for our children." It is time to act. More
