The Power of Letting Go - Alan Watts with Ambient Music
Watts was a British-American philosopher, writer, and speaker known for interpreting and popularizing Buddhism, Taoism, and Hinduism for a Western audience. After rigorous research in Zen Buddhism, Watts published one of the first books on the topic – The Way of Zen – introducing the burgeoning Beat/Hippie youth culture to it.
Because of the wisdom it embodies, Watts suggested that Buddhism could be presented and taught as a form of psychotherapy rather than a religion.
To make the most of this journey, please suspend judgment and explore the natural workings of the mind/heart. Get comfortable, focus on the breath, and open the mind to one of the most inspirational Zen philosophers of all time.
This is best enjoyed with headphones.
