Born at the Crown Bus factory in Los Angeles, her purpose then was to transport the children of former hippies to and from school. On occasion she was used to take these same children on field trips to such places like Disneyland. She was retired a few years back and has gone some major changes inside and out, including being converted to run on 100% biodiesel fuel. The Blue Buddha Bus, as I've named her, is the flagship of an up and comping non-profit organization that travels the country promoting green technology and sustainable living techniques. More>>
