The Apocalypse of Peter, which dates back to the time of the Book of Revelation, was once part of the Bible. And it has something amazing to say about Jesus' alleged crucifixion. Of course, Notovitch explains what happened afterward. Unfortunately, Christianity now completely depends on the crucial fact that Jesus was killed, when he was not. It's part of the creed, the slogans, the fundamentalist dogma. The original story is much more interesting. Alas, born again Christians will not stand for it.
