Should we steal Afghanistan's valuable minerals?

It's just like "Avatar." We might even have to declare peace! And that's no fun -- going through proper channels, with the dictator we set up, instead of just taking it no-questions-asked. There's one thing that doesn't even seem to come up. And that's whether or not we will try to exploit the treasure trove of deposits belonging to another country. What are the Navi going to do with unobtainium anyway?
