No one can say that Americans are stupid. We are. But no one can say it better than these clips, each of which are worth a thousand words. The challenge is try not to laugh. It's not just schadenfreude because often we recognize ourselves in the folly of others. It's a time-dump, so move on to something more important, like your meditation. But how to meditate when you can't meditate?
